At Goings Homes, we offer two distinct, but similar home building options: our Premier Series and Value Series. Both series are custom designed and structurally built the same. The differences lie in the features and allowances.

As a Certified Green Professional with the National Association of Home Builders, our high performance home building techniques address four major areas important to today’s well-informed and educated homebuyer.
- Energy Efficiency – This translates into lower utility bills. This is accomplished through “green” framing techniques, high efficiency Anderson windows, high efficiency Carrier heating and cooling equipment and an extremely efficient insulation package.
- Structural Integrity – This translates into lower maintenance costs. This is accomplished through low maintenance exteriors, proper flashing & waterproofing techniques, interior & exterior drain tile and a poly barrier under the basement floor.
- Health & Safety – This translates into a healthier and safer environment for your family. This is accomplished through using “green” products throughout our homes that limit or eliminate off-gassing of toxins and installing a sealed sump pit with a radon-ready exhaust system and sump pump.
- Personal Comfort – This translates into a higher level of enjoyment in your new home. This is accomplished through building a “tight” home that minimizes drafts, by using multi-stage heating and air equipment or taking it up a notch and installing our “Airtight Healthy Home Package”.
