Goings Homes, which previously operated as Goings Custom Homes and Goings Value Homes, was founded by Mike Goings in 1993.

• Mike Goings has over 25 years of residential construction experience. As a University of Nebraska graduate (B.S. in business administration and M.S. in strategic planning and management), Mike is an experienced project manager and customer service expert. Also a past president of the Lincoln Home Builders' Association and a National Director in the National Association of Homebuilders, Mike is an active participant in the homebuilding industry.
