Goings Homes, which previously operated as Goings Custom Homes, was founded by Mike Goings in 1993. With the additions of Goings Basement Finishing and Remodeling in 2001 and Goings Value Homes in 2003, the new name “Goings Homes” more accurately represents the company’s three divisions.

Mike Goings has over 20 years of residential construction experience. As a University of Nebraska graduate (B.S. in business administration and M.S. in strategic planning and management), Mike is an experienced project manager and customer service expert. Also a past president of the Lincoln Home Builders' Association and a National Director in the National Association of Homebuilders, Mike is an active participant in the homebuilding industry.

Vicki Goings brings considerable marketing and customer service expertise to the company. Her experience as an account executive has made her responsive to customer needs and expectations. Vicki oversees the marketing, advertising, and financial aspects of the business and brings a unique perspective to the design and decorating of each Goings home.
